Our 3 gymnasia are equipped with the latest in fitness technology, and staff are at hand to assist you in which machines to use and how to use them. We also offer facilities to properly relax, via massage and aromatherapy & or the use of our sauna and steam rooms.

Our attentive and friendly approach continues to draw custom from towns throughout the area, including Hayfield, Hadfield, Padfield, Hollingworth, Tintwistle, and our home town Glossop.
