BodyBizness was founded by Lynne MacLaren, a qualified and experienced Nutritional Therapist, Colonic Hydrotherapist, Health Writer and Presenter who has a passion for health and wellness. She has a fun and relaxed manner to the subject but strongly believes that looking after your well-being is paramount to enjoying life to the full.
The company specialises in providing treatments and services to individuals to allow them to maintain and improve their health and wellbeing. Lynne started the company after her return from working abroad when should realised that few places offered such treatments in Scotland and as such she felt that we were getting left behind in the health stakes. So she decided to bring all her training and knowledge to Scotland and make sure that we weren’t missing out on some of the top class complementary treatments other parts of the world benefit from.

Lynne is a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the International Association for Colonic Hydrotherapy (I-ACT). Lynne trained at the European College of Naturopathic Medicine, The College of Natural Nutrition and the UK School of Naturopathic Nutrition in London and has spent time working as a Nutritionist advising and training people on may aspects of complementary health in Europe, USA and Fiji Islands. She is fully trained in Nutrition, Allergy Intolerance Therapy & Colonic Hydrotherapy (Colonic Irrigation).
BodyBizness has several sites across Scotland each with a highly trained therapist hand picked by Lynne where we offer Colonic Hydrotherapy, Nutritional Therapy, Allergy/Food Intolerance Testing and Health/Detox packages. Lynne has personally trained and hand picked a team of great therapists who she ensures can provide excellent, nutrition and detox treatments for clients.
