Body & Brain Holistic Fitness is a holistic health and training programme which empowers the individual to manage their own bodies and brains.

At our centre we focus on yoga-type stretching but also on breathing exercises, meditation, soft martial arts and energy work to give a sense of peace, release of tension, and reduction of stress, making you healthier and happier.

Our mission is to heal individuals and society as a whole - our work focuses on healing a person's body and soul.

Detailed description:

Body & Brain Holistic Fitness is a holistic health and training programme which empowers the individual to manage their own bodies and brains. The training helps you become healthier, happier and more peaceful by emphasising that your brain creates and controls every aspect of life - health, feeling and experience, physical movement, motivation and purpose. And at Body & Brain Holistic Fitness we offer various techniques to achieve this, including yoga and meditation, which gives a sense of peace, release of tension, and reduction of stress.

At our centre, regular classes include much more than yoga though – we focus on yoga-type stretching but also on breathing exercises, meditation, soft martial arts and energy work. Our mission is to heal individuals and society as a whole.

Our work focuses on healing a person's body and soul which then impacts all of human society and the Earth. We like to think about it as preserving the planet by healing one person at a time.
