withabixMy god - what a complete and utter shambles this place is.
Over an hour to sefve a simple steak, even though it wasn't busy. Mid-week evening as well.
Staff have their heads up their backsides and the 'managers' need to be fired on the spot.
It's a good job that Whitbread don't tun breweries any more, because if they did, they wouldn't be able to organise a P**s up in one.
Total and utter disgrace.
