The Hotel is found close to Moulin Huet bay, one of the prettiest parts of the island, immortalised by Renoir. Guests find the hotel a convenient base from which to visit St Peter Port, or other locations such L'ancresse common for golf, Cobo Bay for sandy beaches, or the peaceful rural interior of the Ruettes Tranquilles'. The other Channel Islands of Herm, Sark, Alderney and Jersey can prove an exciting alternative and are easily reached by regular boat trips
