Come to Blair Drummond Safari & Adventure Park and experience one of the best value for money days out Scotland has to offer. From the Wildlife Animal Reserves to the Adventure Playground and many more attractions, there is plenty of fun and excitement for all the family. Education Mission Statement: “To promote a greater understanding and awareness of global issues affecting wildlife through the utilisation of the parks unique collection of animals.
Today conservation and education go hand in hand in modern zoos and wildlife parks. The education department at Blair Drummond Safari Park aims to raise awareness through fun and interactive learning, and activities and events.
Our newly designed signs at animal enclosures, along with short informative daily education talks, provide information about our animals and fun facts for the whole family to enjoy.

Our wildlife reserve is full of all sorts of exotic and exciting animals for you to see. Take a boat trip around Chimp Island. Come and see the Sea Lion perform at 12.00, 1.30, 3.00, 4.30 Please note: Show times may vary at certain times during the season. Come and see the Bird of Prey flying demonstration 12.45, 14.15 and 15.45 Please note: Show times may vary at certain times during the season. Climb to the top of our wooden castle and get a bird’s eye view of the park. Then use the slides to get back to the bottom. Try not to get too lost in the maze found at the bottom of the castle.
The Astraglide has been with us since the day we opened and is still a firm favourite with all the family. Will you win the race to the bottom? Our younger customers will love playing in our wooden pirate ship found in our sand pit. Use the buckets and spades to dig for buried pirate treasure but don’t forget to keep a watchful eye out for the pirate ghost seen in the crows nest! Will you be brave enough to flyover the water to the other side. Height restriction is 135cm (4ft 6ins) This will be strictly adhered to for safety reasons. Bored of driving? Then why not take the whole family for a spin in our five seater boats. Just remember to keep your head down as you pass under the flying fox.
Our younger visitors will love our bouncy castle in our amusements area. So don’t forget to jump along for some bouncing fun. Choose from many varied designs from monsters to flower princess. If having your face painted isn’t for you then why not have a temporary body art tattoo done? (Age restrictions apply). Our Amusements and Dodgems are open all throughout the day and have something to offer for all the family.
