my son paid £260 for an engine on 21st December which took 3 weeks to arrive, and when it arrived the engine mountings were broken, it took 2 weeks to get a courier to pick it up, and now he is still waiting for his money back over 2 months later, each day I ring and hear more lies about how the money will be with us today etc. etc.

Bought items from this con shop and don't get my items after 45 days not good service at all, also my phone bill from all the phone calls was more than the parts! Spoke to several staff members and only one was help full, what ever you do don't Speak to a man call S*****, he does not care about the customers

Took me for £115. Ordered parts for a yamaha dt from them waited for a month for them to arrive they didn't. Rang them god knows how many times to be told all sorts of things. Asked for my money back which i have not received. Filed claim with paypal, but as yet blacks bikes have not replied to paypal. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend bought plastics from blacks bike shop for his Honda lead, when they arrived they were broken and not in the condition that had been described. When he phoned to ask for refund we were told they would be happy to give us one if we sent items back so we paid to send them back recorded post, the items arrived back with them a few days later. A week later we still had not received any money so I phoned and they promised it would be there by end of day, it sill did not arrive. The following week my boyfriend phoned same story very sorry money would be there by end of day, even asked us to send bank details so they could pay us. This went on for some time it is now 3 months later and still no money. So now I will put a bad review any where I can and warn anyone to not take there word for condition of product and DO NOT send back expecting refund even if they say they will give you one because you WILL NOT get one, I class this a theft. 1 STAR IS TOO GOOD FOR THEM THEY ARE MUCH LOWER.

Purchased 2 items from these rogue traders on the 15/12/13 still have not received this item 14/12/13 on going dispute still!!!!!!!!!!!! if you want to waste your money use these!!!!! there utter P**, not worthy of 1 star
