Bizarre Balloons and Fancy Dress Hire commenced trading on the 1st October 1988. The shop premises are situated in the town of Stafford, which is the county town of Staffordshire, in the Midlands. A special bridesmaid/ family member burst the 36 confetti balloon shower just at the right moment! Making everyone pay attention!! Another special effect can be created by having a Bubble Balloon which is again a 36 balloon, but this time filled with 100 to 120 5 latex balloons and confetti.
