All children have access to the National Curriculum once they have left Foundation Stage 2. We ask our children to take part in variety of creative activities- drama, sports, music and art. We aim to provide the best that we can for all our children, ensuring that those with learning needs are supported whilst continuing to provide challenging activities for the more able, gifted and talented.
After school clubs are available to children in Yr.1-6. At present these include Football, Tag Rugby, Dance, Volleyball, Tennis, Walking, Choir, recorder, Art & Craft, Energy Spy, ICT/ Website and Good News. The programme changes throughout the year.
The school also participates in a variety of sporting matches and tournaments.
Instrumental music lessons are offered from Year 3 upwards and swimming lessons are available to all Year 3 children.
Visitors are invited into school and visits are organised from school to support and enhance the children's learning through first hand experiences.
We offer residential experiences to all of our children in their last 2 years with us visiting a centre in Wiltshire and another in a neighbouring county at a seaside location. These visits allow us to deliver parts of the Outdoor Activities programme.
