We employ nearly 100 people who are supported by a large team of volunteers, without whom we simply wouldn't be able to offer the range of services that we do. Everything we do is focused on delivering our mission, which is: to inspire people, to strengthen their community by discovering their potential.
Detailed description:
As a Christian charity we believe in the God-given potential of everyone. Our programmes of support and development are focused on trying to help people discover that, whether it be through learning, music, sport or play. These pages tell you a bit more about the work that we do and how you can access our services or help us through volunteering or charitable giving.

Thanks to the Department of Communities & Local Government and Mercian Housing Association we have already raised £11.5million and work on the first phase of the site - 83 flats, plus associated offices and meeting rooms has already started.
Completion of this phase is scheduled for September 2010. Once the first phase is completed we want to begin the second phase of building the Youth & Community Centre immediately.
