I started Big River Solutions 12 years ago to capitalise on experience gained in the consumer goods sector over 15 years. I wanted Big River to become a specialist provider in category development.
In recent years, we have expanded our services portfolio to cover other business sectors. With our diverse skills sets and comprehensive client list, we pride ourselves on delivering pragmatic solutions, with practical applications, that can be implemented easily to deliver quantifiable results.

The company was built on the cornerstones of accountability, ownership and financial return. Our projects are run with a clearly defined time-line and objectives. We match peoples skills to the task in hand, which we resource from our large list of consultants.
I have a loathing of waste and I demand that Big River Solutions is creative, whilst not being impractical. As a result we don’t sacrifice practicality over beauty.
This requires strong leadership and clear communications that delivers a decisive return on investment. This is something that is at the cornerstone of our business.
The starting point for any project is to have a thorough understanding of the desired outcome in aligning a suitable project leader to deliver the result. This leader has complete ownership of the project and is responsible for delivering it, on time, in full, within the agreed budget.
Clear communication around project status and feedback from all involved ensures that there is not any opportunity for surprises or disconnects.
