Big Bear Plastics Products Ltd, based in Droitwich, Worcestershire, is a leading manufacturer of technical thermoformed plastic products serving national and international markets. Housed in an 8000 m² modern facility, we are a major supplier to a wide range of industry sectors. These include: the caravan industry, aerospace, materials handling, automotive / vehicular, leisure, garden and niche products.
We specialise in large size thermoforming capability with additional twin sheet and pressure forming technology. Big Bear is committed to investing in new technology, quality systems, lean manufacturing, industry talent and experience and are currently in the process of implementing automotive quality standard TS16949.
New product styling, design and development can be undertaken in-house using the latest CAD and design techniques. Our experienced engineers are on hand to advise on the design of parts, materials, product performance and specification and will assist you with all aspects of development through to production.
