  Unhappy Bride To Be

  Unfortunately my experience with Big and Beautiful was not a Bridal Dream... in fact it was anything but.

  Buying your wedding dress is supposed to be a happy experience and with the service I received from Bridal dreams it was the exact opposite.

  The service at first is good, but it seems once they have your money, they couldn't be less interested. They make mistakes (constantly), say they are going to do something and then do not, and clearly do not care about their customers.

  They brought me to tears on several occasions and I cannot believe that a company can treat their customers in the way they did me.

  I would advise anyone who is planning their special day, a day that is supposed to be the best day of their life, to aviod Big and Beautiful at Bridal Dreams and hopefully you will not end up with such a terrible experience like I did.
