Community hospitals often act as a bridge between hospital and home, particularly for elderly patients who may need rehabilitation to help them regain their independence as they recover from an illness. The hospital offers: 11 inpatient beds in 2 wards. First aid unit (open between 6.00pm-11.00pm weekdays, 8.30am – 11.00pm weekends, Tel: 01869 604024. Base for Out of Hours services (Weekdays, 18:30 - 23:00, Weekends and Bank holidays, 08.30am to 11.00pm). X-ray services.
