Short profile:

John, Lucy and son Tom Heath are makers of hand made traditional cloth bound cheeses in the heart of Staffordshire at Ellenhall Grange Farm near Eccleshall.

Detailed description:

Our herd of Bertelin pedigree Friesian cows are named after St Bertelin who founded Stafford town around 700AD.

All our hard cheeses are traditionally cloth bound and hand dressed with Staffordshire's Cold Pressed Extra Virgin 'Just' Rapeseed Oil which produces a distinctive rind.
