KERRIE OAKLEYFantastic firm. I have visited both Branches and cannot fault service and choice. I would go as far as to say their sales staff are unrivaled in comparrison to bigger firms. They are trained to a high standard and actually have knowledge of their proffession.

edgei have used Bentley Ceramics to tile the whole of the floor in my flat - they where superb, very professional, did a good deal price wise and have been back there since and their service has been first rat.

R HopkinsAbsolute rubbish firm to deal with avoic like the plaque. I wen to the Bentlely Tile Centre and on the face of it things were looking good, After sorting what I required had a phone call from a lady who I believe to be one of he bosses and in tghe conversation tried to arrange contact to place my order and put a depsit down.
As we were near the holiday I was really stuck for choice and fair enought i accepted that. she assured me that the shop in Bentley walsall would be open on the Sat Morning and the Tuesday Morning. However when I went to the shop guess what no one there I rang their phone numbers conctantly left messages on the answer phone an yes you are right still waiting for contact. SO BEWARE DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERILI

- Bentley Staff:We apologised profusley for this to Mr Hopkins. This was during the Christmas holiday period and both staff were suffering from severe Flu. Mr Hopkins did not require Tiles until well into New Year and his order was placed and recieved, well in time. In fact Mr Hopkins apologised for being unreasonable.
