Master plan for general landscape improvements to 60ha racecourse site including integration of disparate activities such as go-carting, golf & ski slope.

Detailed description:

Also detailed design for improvements to Portsmouth Road setting and aproach to racecourse including vehicular and pedestrian access, car parking and planting forming part of major refurbishment programme.

Hard and soft landscape design and contribution to ES for 700 flats plus retail and A3 use beside Canada Dock in Rotherhithe, with the majority of the landscape being on decks over the basement car parks.
