We have been in the property management business since 1989 and currently manage a wide portfolio of property for our clients. Our clients include; resident management companies, 'Right to Manage' companies, and new build developers, as well as private landlords.

Being based in Winchester, we are ideally located to cover properties in Hampshire, Sussex, Dorset, London, and the Home Counties. We have developed strong links with developers who have a presence at both local and national level. We provide services to all types of clients; from landlords who own several hundred properties to landlords with smaller developments.

We are committed to providing a high level of customer service including responding to customer complaints and responding to all written communications within two weeks.

To own a leasehold flat means that the flat owner will have entered into a long lease containing contractually binding covenants to ensure the efficient running of their block. These covenants usually relate to the payment of ground rent, service charges and building insurance, quiet enjoyment and so on. The lease is a contractually binding agreement between the Lessee and you, our client, whether you be a Resident Management Company or a freeholder.
