Belfield 4x4 Engineering was established by Andy Belfield in 1978 as a specialist automotive engineering company carrying out specialist conversion work, chassis building, engine tuning, body kits, including one off cars built to the customers specifications.
Belfield 4x4 Engineering also build and modify classic tractors to have four wheel drive capabilities including Tandem Tractors and 'County' style tractors.
We recently teamed up with Jago Developments to resurrect the famous Jago Sandero to run.
Detailed description:
Belfield 4x4 Engineering carried out specialist conversion work, chassis building, engine tuning, body kits, including one off cars built to the customers specifications. After some discussions with Geoff Jago in 2001 Andy decided to resurrect the famous Jago Sandero using Sierra running gear with the bodies being manufactured by Jago Developments and chassis by Belfield 4x4 Engineering. Then in 2006 Andy realised that the Jago needed something to make it do exactly what it says on the tin - base it on Landrover Discovery and Range Rover running gear to create a true off roader. Now, in 2010 the Jago Sandero 4x4 has arrived ! The New Sandero can built up from either the Discovery or Range Rover and the end result is something far superior to it's predecessors with true off-road handling capabilities, an improved driving position, either TDi or V8 engines - giving up to 300 bhp and a superb strong but lightweight chassis with a six point roll cage that all contribute to a truly outstanding on/off road experience !
