Our treatments and products have been carefully selected to ensure that you gain the most from your experience.
Thank you for your valued custom which is very important to us. We must, with respect draw your attention to our policy regarding missed or cancelled appointments which we ask you to observe; Any cancellation of a treatment must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment.
All cancellations received after this time will be charged at the full rate. Non-arrival for treatments will also incur full costs being charged.
Detailed description:
Please book your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure that the time that you require is available. A credit card number or voucher details may be requested at the time of booking. If you have not had a lash or a brow tint with us before it is essential that you call in at least 24 hours before your appointment for a patch test. If you have any allergies or sensitivities please make us aware before your treatment so that we may tailor your treatment.
Please arrive ten minutes before your treatment. If you are new to Beauty at the Bay please arrive fifteeen minutes prior to your appointment so that we may fill out our consultation form. Please note that these forms are confidential and any medical conditions must be noted in order for us to ensure that there are no contra-indications and that the treatment is suitable for you.
Please note that if you are late for an appointment we will need to complete your treatment in the allotted time in consideration of the next guest. The time reduced treatment will be charged at the original price.

Kim searchI have just had my shellac nail polish removed after 3 weeks and for the ENTIRE time it was on my nails looked fantastic and glossy and fresh- as though they had just been done. I've Never had so many compliments about my nails. Now its off i really miss them-I'll definitely be back! X

candice platti have just had a spray tan at this salon and i highly recommend it. the therapist Jay really made me feel at ease and the colour is great.

hairy mary!wow! have just had the most thorough bikini wax ever. she removed ever bit of hair, even in places i did not know i had hair and left me with a neat little strip. not that painful either as it was over so quickly. can definately recommend!
