Not very helpful, unless the job involves income to them, like enquiries. Their tone and attitude changes if you refuse their advice / offer. I refused special delivery as I was happy with first class recorded, and their behaviour switched. The lady became aggressive and was not communicating well after that. This happened with my wife last week, AGAIN!! Worst of all,,, they issued me a receipt with wrong tracking details!!! Even when the receipt advices to reprint it,, they did not. It has happened time and time again!!!! Not only with me, but with my friends and family. We, friends discussed this last night over drinks, and all of us had experienced it at least once. All of us thought we can avoid the post office, as we can have an alternative. And majority of the time, it's understaffed, or one of them will be selling something else like key or photo frame. This takes the queue out of their shop. I wouldn't go there again,,, and I need a very good reason to enter that shop again, even if I go to tesco, which is next to it!!! I GIVE THEM ZERO STAR!!!!!!!
