All aspects of our tooling production are monitored closely using a bar-coding system which enables full traceability throughout the manufacturing process from raw material specification to finished tool inspection.
BDL Tool & Die Engineering Ltd. currently supplies tooling to the aerospace, automotive, construction and electronic industry sectors worldwide.
Current machinery capacity includes CNC wire-erosion, CNC spark-erosion, CNC 5-axis milling, CNC turning, CNC hard turning for both steel and carbide, CNC 4-axis grinding, conventional turning, milling, internal and external grinding, centreless grinding, surface grinding, honing, lapping and polishing.
BDL Tool & Die Engineering Ltd. also has an experienced technical team which liaises and supports customers with their tooling requirements.
