BBP Regeneration was founded in 1994 by Rob Bennett and Stephen Pritchard out of an understanding that regeneration projects require a range of skills, including property development, business planning, policy analysis, and baseline socio-economic research. Our Directors and senior staff have extensive hands-on experience of managing complex urban regeneration projects.
Detailed description:
We provide nationwide consultancy services from our offices in London and Manchester. Our advice covers all stages of the redevelopment process from core research and forecasting through to options analysis, strategy formulation, financial and economic appraisal, monitoring and evaluation, and project delivery. We act for major developers and landowners, as well as Government departments, the Regional Development Agencies, English Partnerships (now part of the new Homes and Community Agency), Local Authorities, and a number of other public and private sector organisations.
