Battersea Chess Club is proud to be one of the oldest chess clubs in London (formed in 1885), and welcomes new members of all abilities. We field teams in the London League and Surrey League, and for less experienced players there is the opportunity to get the flavour and atmosphere of competitive chess in the Croydon League
