BARRY ASHWORTH MOTORS (4X4 SPECIALIST) has over 37 years experience in the automotive market, of which 14 years have been dedicated to being a 4x4 specialist. Being a highly trained diesel engineer nothing less than excellence is accepted when he sources and supplies a particular vehicle, we have onboard an electrical engineer and hence all vehicles must pass a stringent array of mechanical and electrical tests. External examinations by independent bodies such as the AA are welcomed.
Our vehicles are serviced to manufacturer's specification using top quality components and high-grade oils/lubricants. New cam/timing belts are fitted regardless.
The high quality of our vehicle preparation permits us to offer a six-month warranty for parts and labour on most vehicles.

We need not try to sell the vehicles since they sell them selves. We haven't any high-pressure sales staff. Please make enquiries regarding any vehicle. Part exchanges are welcome and we have dealer facilities for finance and leasing packages. We are VAT registered and commercial/industrial clients are encouraged.
We have a nation-wide network of suppliers and customers, and it is highly possible that your local 4x4 specialist has our vehicles on show. Barry Ashworth is recognised by 4x4 dealers across Great Britain for high quality vehicles. All of our private customers express satisfaction, references can be obtained. We supply vehicles to most of the leading used 4x4 dealerships, and hence we mainly sell to the trade.
Therefore our vehicles must be of the highest standard. Some of our vehicles are marketed as retail vehicles, of which some are listed on these pages.
