Barnt Green Acupuncture Clinic is situated on the borders of Worcestershire and Birmingham West Midlands. It is easily accessible from Bromsgrove, Redditich, Cofton Hacket, Rubery, Northfield and Bournville. There are good rail links to and from Birmingham city centre.
My colleague Nan Fellows and I set up the clinic in 1997 and it has grown into an established busy clinic, largely by word of mouth. We are both traditionally trained, fully licensed and insured members of the British Acupuncture Council the largest governing body for acupuncturists in the UK.

Detailed description:
We started three years of acupuncture training in 1994 in "5 Element Acupuncture" for three years at the College of Traditional Acupuncture (CTA), Leamington Spa, before completing a two year post-graduate course in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Reading. We have been in practice now for 14 years. We originally met when we trained as radiographers many years ago. After qualifying I was I was invited to be a lecturer on the Western Science programme at College of Traditional Acupuncture.
We regularly attend post graduate courses as part of our continuing professional development. In last few years we have studied cosmetic/facial acupuncture, acupuncture for skin diseases, the use of acupuncture in fertility and related pregnancy issues, acupuncture for pain relief, abdominal acupuncture, auricular (ear) therapy and very recently Korean style acupuncture. I have a particular interest in fertility, having undertaken specialist training in this area and am a founder member of ''Zita West National Network for Reproductive Health'' as an affiliated acupuncturist.
This involves regular training and ongoing support from the Zita West Clinic in London, the largest integrated (medical and complimentary) practice in the U.K. specialising in all aspects of male and female reproductive health.
