We provide long term and short break family based care for disabled children with complex medical needs across Somerset. Our team has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in fostering and support care.
Detailed description:
We work with children aged 0-18 years old and their families, providing them with long term support, stability and security. Our support workers and foster carers encourage children and young people to engage in activities in their local communities.
