We put quality first, we prove our quality standards through ISO 9001 and the maintained codes of practice we are also members of the UKHCA. We have our own training program with training room and equipment from bath and portable hoists to wheel chair glide sheets. We have our own NVQ assessor running a full NVQ training program. Our Induction course and NVQ foundation is in line with care standards as required by TOPPS.

Detailed description:

Quality feedback program, with regular feedback from service. users/clients. Single Key worker. Highly motivated staff encouraged through training and grading system to improved standards of care delivery. Sophisticated planning software. 24 hour telephone contact. Private local company committed to looking after the client needs.

Care plans tailored to individuals and reassessed at least annually. RGN qualified staff overseeing service delivery. Accredited with South Glos. Bristol Bath and NE Somerset Social Services. A grading scheme is used as a tool to motivate and encourage individuals to gain skills through NVQ. The scheme will have 4 simple levels linked to length of service, induction training and NVQ.

With a further 2 levels for management. Training will be a key aspect of staff retention. Our training programme is aligned with the recommendations of Skills for Care Council. We will be aiming for 60% of our own workforce to be trained to NVQ level 2 by April 2007, all of our care staff are currently working towards NVQ2.
