B+W has also pioneered the way in filter surface coating technology – with its Multi Resistant Coating (MRC) providing highly advanced reflection reduction and top quality protection against scratching, dirt and moisture.
The business was originally set up by partners Biermann and Webber and subsequently merged with Jos Schneider in 1985. The company is now based in Bad Kreuznach, German, with distribution worldwide.
In the UK, Wolverhampton based DayMen International Ltd is the sole distributor of B+W products.
