Automatic Doors are our speciality at axis. axis is the sole UK distributor of Stanley automatic door equipment. This includes the Dura-Glide range of sliding doors and telescoping doors, Magic Force and Magic Access swing doors as well as other specialist applications.
axis offer a full supply installation and commissioning service complete with aluminium entrances, facades and curtain walling where required. We employ a variety of safety and activation sensors from Hotron, BEA and Optex.
A full range of access control products is also available for either security or DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) requirements, including Keylex digital mechanical locks, Bewator keypads, Paxton proximity readers and swipe cards We are distributors and approved installers for FAAC car park barriers. Our full portfolio also includes the supply and installation of roller shutters and steel doors.

Axis Automatic Entrance Systems Limited has been formed by the amalgamation of two very successful associated companies, namely Axis (Northampton) Ltd and Automatic Entrance Systems Ltd. Both companies have been trading for a number of years and came together onto the same site as long ago as 2000 with axis concentrating on service and maintenance and Automatic Entrance Systems concentrating on the supply, installation and maintenance of Stanley automatic door equipment. As sole UK distributor they also supported the existing installations of Stanley operators with spares and service facilities. The new, combined company retains the sole distributorship of Stanley automatic door equipment and the simpler corporate structure will facilitate a complete service to customers requiring anything from an extensive new facade to spares and maintenance for an existing installation. We have Safe Contractor accreditation and Investors in People and are seeking further accreditations.
We ensure that our staff are trained and given opportunities to develop and grow with us. All our technical and engineering staff are qualified to BS7036, CSCS Health and Safety and First Aid where appropriate and receive continual product training. We undertake full risk assessment surveys to ensure that a proposed installation conforms to all safety recommendations as well as meeting your requirements. All our installations are in accordance with BS7036:1996 (Safety at powered doors for pedestrian use) and are carried out by our trained BS7036 accredited engineers.
axis has extensive knowledge and experience in the automatic door industry, dealing with a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors. Our range of automatic door products includes sliding, swing or bi-folding door systems, all tailor-made to suit specific applications.
