  I found avrmobiles on the internet and decided to get a quote on a piece of kit including installation. I received a quote promptly and decided to go ahead with the order and made a payment, everything good so far. A date and time was agreed so I took the day off work to have the kit install at my home address. The engineer turned up and straight way informed me the wrong SOT lead had been provided. This is where things start to get bad. I was told by the engineer that the installation manager would contact me to arrange a new installation date. I waited a couple of days and hadn’t heard anything so decided to contact them myself, however the person I needed to speak to was never available. I was always told the person would get back in touch with me but they never would. Because of this I decided to get a full refund. I figured if this is the service I’m getting without having the kit installed, what would it be like if ever I had problems after the install. Even the refund took a while to come through. During this ordeal the staff were very offensive and rude. I had done a little research on the company before committing and found only positive comments in fact nearly 10/10. Imagine my horror when I received this kind of service.
