Detailed description:
The Economy Big Bag Filling Machine is a low cost big bag/ ICB filler. Feed can be via gravity, screw or belt.
Weighing is achieved via a four load cell platform weigh scale. Typical capacity 250kg to 1500kg.
Autopak can also supply fully automated big bag filling equipment.
Typical automation would include pallet magazine, roller conveyors, automatic bag release.
Big Bag Dispense Frame
Heavy Duty Big Bag support Frame.
Comes with lifting crucible, easy loading/
unloading using a fork-truck. With this system
the fork-truck does not have to stay to support
the bag.
Ideal for discharging into bagging machines, blenders, mixes and big bag discharges.
Single Shako feeder tray. This unit comes with 1.4cubic metre hopper with optional vibrator. 400mm wide feeder tray with bag clamp holder and electronic weighing.
The frame is made of heavy duty box section and not light weight angle as supplied by some manufactures.
Ideal for builders merchants for bagging ballast, wet sand, chippings, bark, rock salt, coal etc upto 50kg.
A big bag attachment is also available for filling 1000kg bags.
Mini Shako Twin head filling machine.
This machine is ideal for filling non flowing materials such as wet sand, chippings, ballast, bark etc into small packages upto 12kg.
V trough conveyors also available.

Our range of shako equipment is based around a reciprocating feeder tray. This form of material feed is normally suited towards non flowing sticky products.

TWL have a total of six machines from Autopak, which include 2 Turbo Packers and 4 Belt Feed Nett Weighers.
This plant was installed in Jan 2007.
This is a very dense product, about 2200kg/m3
