DanTypical agent in my opinion, do everything perfect until they have your fees & deposit etc. Then become useless once you have any problems, office staff have no communication skills, seem to brush everything off, they gave the wrong meter readings to the utility suppliers causing our bills to be messed up. We had a problem with our washing machine (flat came with white goods) which they took a month to get fixed! Even that was after many calls to compalin. In my opinion they are best avoided!!!

- .: I 100% agree with what the other comment says! They are useless point blank! Their fine in the beginning but once they have your money that's it, any problems you have with your house/flat just gets brushed underneath the carpet. Ive had so many problems with them, at one point i had to get environmental health involved because nothing i was saying to them was working! I would NEVER recomend them to anybody!!!!!
