Associated Structural Design is a multi disciplinary Practice, formed in 1971 and provides professional services in the engineering and building industry

Detailed description:

ASD are a member firm of The Association of Consulting Engineers which represents the highest professional standards in the U.K. and independent excellence.

ASD are members of B.S.I., B.R.E., Steel Construction Institute, Trada and APS with all the latest technical information available from these sources.

The design office is staffed by qualified Chartered Engineers and experienced Technicians using computer aided design programs and drafting systems.

The professional services include the design of buildings and structures in reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, structural steelwork, load bearing masonry and timber.

The firm carry out feasibility studies for Clients, surveying and investigating sites, evaluating proposed developments and preparing estimates and costings and advising on their technical and financial viability.

ASD act as Consultants to many Contracting Organisations in connection with Design and Build contracts.

For some Clients they act as Project Managers on particular projects to co-ordinate and manage the complete building works and contract administration.
