    Associated Air (parcel service) is absolute c***. They employ illiterate people who lie to customers. We ordered toner for our photocopier and it was supposed to be here Monday, they promised it'd be here today (Weds) and now say they can't until tomorrow (Thurs). They are liars, do not ever use them at all. One word: Boycott. One star is FAR too generous!
