We have bright, spacious, stimulating rooms where children learn through play, an enclosed garden for outdoor adventures and all the advantages of being in the David Lloyd Club, including a large indoor sports hall, soft play and tennis lessons. So what will your child be doing here? Baking biscuits, splashing paint, digging for mini-beasts and planting seeds, playing with hoops, balls and tyres, snuggling up with a book, learning early computer skills, building brick towers and knocking them down again or revelling in messy play. All rooms have a wide range of toys, games and activities so children can pursue their personal interests under the guidance of staff observing them as individuals. We focus on developing children’s communication and independence.

We are affiliated with Sing and Sign, introducing sign language to babies so they can communicate before they can talk. We are very lucky to be part of the 'Every Child a Talker' programme, fostering speech and attention skills, and we have a great selection of book bags for parents to enjoy with their children at home. Transition to nursery is smoothed with a minimum of three settling-in sessions, and we provide staff and room photographs for children and parents to take home and talk about.

We believe in working in partnership with parents. Each child has a key carer who they can build a strong relationship with, and who will be there to answer any questions parents may have. We send Tigger and Pooh Bear on holidays with families, and we offer flexible morning, afternoon and ‘school days’ sessions to suit your needs.
