ASQUITH NURSERIES - BROMLEY

Those under two have their own safe, segregated outdoor play area well equipped with sand pit, painting easel and climbing frame on a soft surface. Our garden for over-twos boasts a sensory board, climbing frame with ropes, climbing wall, water feature, wooden house, game boards, perspex painting boards, bikes and cars. We also have a vegetable patch where we encourage the children to plant and grow carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. Clambering, swooping, splashing or digging – there’s so much to choose. Our Baby Suite provides a homely environment where we follow each baby’s routine to the best of our ability, in partnership with parents.

The Under Twos Room includes messy play, a small world area and a cosy book corner. Our Toddler/Nursery Room and Nursery Room have bright and attractive displays, a wide range of toys and equipment and plenty of scope for first-hand discovery and experiment: from construction to dancing, singsongs to playdoh, puzzles to stories, days are busy and full. Pre-School children revel in role-play, an investigation area, computers with camera and printer, twice-weekly French and much more. At Bromley Day Nursery we pride ourselves on working in partnership with parents to build strong relationships that support each child and family. Home visits and free settling-in sessions, up to 8 weeks before starting at nursery, are immensely reassuring as you see your child bond with the key person who will give them the continuity and security to be themselves.
