Based in Lancashire in Preston, we sell to libraries in the UK and abroad, to universities, colleges and schools, and to businesses, prisons, government departments and other organisations.

Our unrivalled range of support will help you deliver a first-rate service to your customers and includes: Selection Support: Information on both pre-publication and published material can be accessed directly through our website and broken down by a range of criteria to produce bespoke title listings. Pre-publication information can also be downloaded directly from our website or emailed to you on a weekly basis.
Multi-copy Showroom: Our bright, attractive showroom is crammed with newly published material, along with an unrivalled range of top-quality back stock profiled to meet the requirements of libraries. Our showroom is set out in library format meaning choosing your stock is a refreshingly easy experience. We employ c.160 people, maintain a fleet of delivery vehicles, and our stock selection showroom has over 3 miles of shelving packed with publications suitable for library stock.
At Askews and Holts, we have focussed on combining the experience and knowledge of our staff with innovative applications of technology, to make sure that we get the right products to the right people as quickly and accurately as possible.
