Ashton Burkinshaw (AB) is one of the best known brands in residential lettings and property management in the country. Its history is of three 'family' companies which worked in a similar caring manner, offering a very personal service to its clients. These three businesses then merged together to form AB. Not only is AB caring, it is also highly professional and takes pride in the fact that it meets all the requirements laid down in statute and by the regulatory bodies. AB is a member of ARLA, the Association of Residential Letting Agents and has been for 20 years.

This ensures a level of expertise which is probably unrivalled within the industry and gives confidence to both landlords and tenants that the service we provide is second to none and the information we give is correct and up to date.
