Established in 1976, the Ashdown Clinic is one of Hertfordshire's leading multi-disciplinary therapy centres. Our services range from aromatherapy to osteopathy, and from podiatry to reflexology. The Clinic is dedicated to caring for every aspect of your physical and mental well-being - and to treating not just symptoms but the underlying causes of your problems. The 'Well-Being' Centre offers our patients remedial Yoga and Pilates and liases with our therapists to tailor your programme. The Ashdown approach is friendly and informal, and based on the concept that we can treat you more completely by working as a team. It's also rooted in sound medical practice and a professionalism gained from years of experience in our respective fields. Our tried and tested methods form a genuine complement to mainstream medical practices.

When Beverley Ashdown started her practice in the mid-1970s, her intention was simply to treat people's foot problems. When patients began telling her that not only did their feet feel better, their back problems improved as well, the idea of a clinic based on a holistic, team-based approach to patient care started to evolve. 30 years later, the Ashdown Clinic is a thriving, multi-skilled, interdisciplinary centre for health care. The Clinic has a team of specialist practitioners rather than use consultants that 'float' between practices.

Based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, we have patients from all over the country and many parts of Europe. We have a children's Clinic, while our Sports Injury Clinic attracts sports people of all levels, ages and discilines and we have therapies suitable for those patients of advanced years.
