Ascot Services UK Ltd was founded in 2003 to offer a multi discipline package to industry. Work is undertaken in both public and private sectors with clients including Carillion Planned Maintenance, BT, HMCS, Centrica, North West Fire Services, West Yorkshire Police, Education Services, Defra, Retail Outlets, Science Laboratories, Genting Casinos, Land Securities and Astra Zeneca. We have recently announced the amalgamation of Centriflow Ltd into the Ascot Group Centriflow was founded in 2006 and provide a comprehensive commissioning package including commissioning management, hands on commissioning, mechanical & electrical building surveys, water treatment and preparation of bespoke Operation & Maintenance Manuals. This will strengthen these disciplines within Ascot’s growing portfolio.

Ascot Services group have implemented & continued to develop Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality Systems which have enabled the company to operate to the highest standards. We have expanded the number of disciplines offered in line with client requirements. This has enabled us to become flexible by carrying out either single or multidiscipline projects. From routine maintenance of a single air conditioning unit, to the largest, most complex multi-service facilities contract, we have the expertise, experience and commitment to meet individual needs. Our highly qualified engineers are able to carry out a variety of electrical services including installation, testing and maintenance of industrial and commercial electrical systems.
Contracts undertaken range from earthworks and drainage schemes to reinforced concrete structures and full site servicing projects. We provide a wide range of air-conditioning services. Working exclusively with the air-conditioning industries leading manufacturers, we supply, install, service & repair air-con systems. Our fabrication engineers undertake both on and off site welding and fabrication.
Installation capability includes repairs and installations of fencing, walkways and gantries. We have a dedicated commissioning team who undertake the installation and maintenance of all types of domestic and commercial services covering heating systems and hot and cold water services. We employ a good cross section of qualified tradesmen who can carry out all types of building refurbishment and maintenance for the commercial, industrial and retail marketplace.
