Ark Housing Association is committed to the alleviation of housing need within our communities. Working in partnership with statutory, voluntary and community organisations, the Association works to meet housing need and to build strong communities based on the principles of equity, social justice and respect for the dignity of the person. As a registered Housing Association we provide housing services to older people, people with learning difficulties, physical disability, general needs and families.
Detailed description:
We are the only Housing Association in Northern Ireland to own, directly manage and provide accommodation and support services for homeless families. Our Homeless Family Centre based in South Belfast, continues to develop, providing temporary accommodation, homeless support services, a comprehensive assessment of client needs, tenancy and re-housing support services. With accommodation throughout the province we continually develop opportunities and partnerships to ensure that Ark Housing is the Association of choice.
