Amanda TaylorI would just like to speak to a customer service person at Cardiff bay argos. After listening to loads of optipons I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes!!! while i,m paying an 0845 number, this is so unfair to your cutomers. I was missing an item when i came home and just wondered if it had been handed back in to the store, however to speak to a PERSON seems an impossible task
