Recently completed and current schemes range from highly crafted individual houses, restaurants, etc for private clients, substantial residential, commercial, office, retail, elderly and health care, sport and leisure, buildings of significant size and complexity's.

Architects LE1 ensure that the architectural service provided is individually tailored to the needs of each specific client and their project, beginning with an initial appraisal and feasibility study, through Planning, Building Regulations, tendering and contract administration to final completion. With the benefit of extensive links throughout associated building professions and contractors, Architects LE1 is able to provide a Project Management role, assembling the design team and selecting suitable contractors to carry out building work across the UK.

Formed in 2004 from two thriving established firms with complementary skills and client portfolios, we are a medium sized privately owned architectural practice headed by four partners with two associates and a team of highly qualified technologists and support staff. A relatively high ratio of management to staff ensures we are able to provide a highly personal, client centred service to all our clients.

Determined to provide our clients with the best designed and most cost effective solutions to their building requirements; whether seeking to maximise land value through securing viable planning consents or building out completed developments for specific users.
