    Couldn't put minus stars!!Used Arc for buying property, absolute shower!! Lost property due to their incompetance. Don't go near them....

    Adam Chowdhury was my solicitor and he was excellent throughout. He took time to explain the process to me and he went out of his way to be helpful.

    Very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I moved on time which was very inportant to me. They also took time to explain the process to me which I found very helpful as a first time buyer.

    DO NOT USE

    slow & uselss, never get an update seems im doing all the chasing. Missed my comp;etion date due to them not having the morgage redemption statement. Take them 3 days to reply to e-mail & calls, totally useless.

    If you have any sense do not use these cowboys

    • Appalling service!: I couldn't agree more - we almost lost our sale because Arc failed to obtain a mortgage redemption certificate due to providing our lender with the wrong date! They've since refused to reduce their fee - terrible, planning to complain to the Law Society. AVOID THEM!!

    one star- because it wouldn't let me select no stars, appauling service. ended up doing all of the negotiation myself. did not once receive an update of my case unless I contacted them first. then, as if by magic every time I did contact them a 'more money' had developed, sometimes the same problem more than once. we felt as we were on opposite sides!
