ARC CONSULTANTS (2000) LTD

To provide a Management Consultancy Service to clients in the areas of Safety, Health & the Environment and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance Systems.

The Company is committed to provide the highest quality of service, which will guarantee customer satisfaction at all times. Our experienced consultants take time to learn about your business, its challenges and objectives. They then recommend the most appropriate course of action to help improve your Health and Safety Management System and / or ISO 9001:2000.

To regularly visit those clients, according to contract terms, and assist in the implementation of both the clients system needs and any appropriate external authority needs, commercial or legal.

The Company was formed in 1998 with Mr. G. Radford and Mr. A.G. Allsop as Directors and operated out of an office loaned from Accident Repair Centre (Derby) Limited.

In the first year the Company sought external business in the Automotive Industry, managing the Health, Safety & Environmental Issues & Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001-2000).

By June 2000 the number of clients has risen steadily, giving the Directors both the incentive and the opportunity to form a Limited Company.

In November 2000 ARC Consultants achieved accreditation to ISO 9001:2000 with European Quality Assurance Limited.

The company had grown steadily and more staff were needed to maintain the high standard already set and Martyn Cooke was appointed. Unfortunately Glyn passed away in February 2006 but it was his wish that the company continued to thrive and Martyn & Tony purchased the Company and it became a partnership.

In April 2008 with continued growth of the company the Directors appointed a further Consultant, Mr. Lee Walker.
