paul blowi purchased almost £500 worth of fish from this company for my shop, the bags arrived with dead fish, i followed all correct introduction procedures, within a week we had lost 75% of the fish, this was despite all efforts to treat and rectify the issue. Contacted the company more than once and had no response. Alomost another week gone by and the rest of the fish now dead.
I am no amateur have been keeping fish for over 35 years, never had such a bad experience. Read their unfair terms and conditions before using.....
First and last time I will use this company, deal with caution!!!
