WHAT DO WE DO?

We provide parts / component cleaning service using biodegradable materials which are suitable for metal alloys, and some plastics. The process is excellent for surface preparation and finishing prior to painting or applying a final finish. Aqua Blasting cleans and degreases at the same time to leave a matt finish to the surface.

WHAT IS AQUA BLASTING?

Aqua Blasting cleans by using a combination of water, a biodegradable detergent (which contains a corrosion inhibitor) and cleaning media driven at high pressure by compressed air. Water and media are fed via a pump to a nozzle. At the nozzle air is introduced and it is this combination that strips away the dirt from the surface of the component.

This is a non-aggressive technique which only removes the dirt and not the surface material, unlike some ‘blasting’ methods, and metal alloys such as aluminium, brass, copper, magnesium and titanium can be cleaned to give an ‘ As New ‘ look. It even work on some plastics
