All our staff are trained using accredited courses and you can be confident that they will provide you with the best advice on common ailments, treatments and medicines. We have a regular driver who collects repeat prescriptions from local surgeries as well as delivering medicines and appliances to the elderly and housebound patients. This is only available to patients who are registered on our REPEAT PRECRIPTION COLLECTION & HOME DELIVERY SERVICE. We dispense both NHS and private prescriptions and our pharmacists are able to provide you with information and advice so you can use your medicine or appliance safely and effectively.

We also keep computerised patient medication records that help us in highlighting contra-indications, drug interactions or adverse drug reactions. Your prescription history will help us resolve any queries regarding your health. Personal information is accessed on a restrict basis which is covered by the Data Protection Act and is retained solely within the pharmacy.

We provide support for patients with disabilities who need help in managing and taking their prescribed medicines. This may be in the form of labelling medicines with large type for people with impaired vision or in the form of dossett boxes, which aid compliance. All medicines are supplied in child resistant containers.
