We are a contractor that can meet all aspects of your commercial and residential property maintenance needs and have many clients in both sectors.

Apex can provide you with the following services from a tap washer to a complete refurbishment including; Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, suspended ceilings, landscaping, double glazing, tiling and roofing, carpets and flooring.

Apex currently holds its own comprehensive Health and Safety policy and also hold full public liability insurance which covers not just us personally, but you as the client.

All Apex operatives are fully trained within their own fields and also receive in house training to ensure all jobs are carried out in a professional and courteous manner. Our staff are appropriately dressed in uniform and carry Apex identification which can be shown at any time.

On arrival at site, the operative will fill in our standard job sheet which will include the time of arrival and job specification. Once the works have been completed (this may be anything from a leaking tap to a full temporary roof covering) the operative will the proceed to complete the job sheet detailing works carried out and any recommendations he feels are necessary. The Client will then sign to verify this, if any follow up works are required, Apex will endeavour to furnish the client with a quotation within a day or so. A copy of the job sheet will be forwarded to the client.
